General returns and refunds information

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with if you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the despatch note, in its original unused condition, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of any items, which have been used or worn, unless faulty.

How do I return an item?

Before you can return an item we need to give you a RETURNS AUTORISATION ID. To get this ID, please email: with your order number.

In the same email we will explain how to return the items to us, please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care or in transit.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

If you order the wrong ring size, we are happy to resize the ring for you to the required size for a small fee starting from as little as  £14.99

Before you send an item to resize please email us: with your order number and the new require size and we will advise.

Please note that rings outside of our standard sizes are especially made for you and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable, nor can they be cancelled once confirmed. (our standard sizes are clearly marked with each ring on our website).

How long do refunds take?

Once we have received the item, we will issue you with an immediate refund. We will email you as soon as the refund has been made.

We will always issue a refund to the same card or payment methodused when buying your jewellery from us.

Please note that refunds can take 3 -5 working days to show up on your card balance. This is down to your card company.

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange your order or gift we would be happy to exchange it for you.

If the exchange item is more expensive than the one you currently have, we will need to charge you the difference.

If the exchange item costs less than we would refund the difference to the cardholder who paid for the initial item.

How do I cancel an order before dispatch?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
In that case please call us on 0845 1700 120.
Please have your order number at hand, as you will need it to cancel the order.
