How long does it take you to dispatch jewellery?
We aim to dispatch all jewellery within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, orders leave in the next available mail-out between Monday and Thursday.
However, while we do keep a stock of the most popular items we sell, our rings come in 50 different sizes. As you can imagine it is impossible to stock every ring in every size. This means that we may need to handcraft a ring just for you or adjust the size of an item before we send it out.
If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. Typically our alternative dispatch times (depending on the jewellery item you ordered) are either 3 days, 5 days or 7-10 days.
Can I collect my order?
You are welcome to collect from our premises, please lets us know when are you planning to come and what time.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you have ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 7 days.
How do I track my delivery?
As soon as we dispatch your jewellery to you, we’ll also send you an email with a delivery tracking code for your order. You can simply click on this tracking code within the email, and the link will take you directly to your order details on the Royal Mail website. You can track your parcel from 8pm. There you’ll be able to see up to date information about your order’s whereabouts and the estimated delivery date and time.
Is the jewellery insured whilst being delivered?
We insure your jewellery from the time it is dispatched, until the moment somebody signs for it at the delivery address you have given us.
Once you or somebody else at your address has signed for the parcel, it then becomes your responsibility. From this point onwards it will no longer be covered by insurance.
What happens if I am not in when jewellery arrive?
If you are not at home when the Royal Mail postman arrives to deliver your jewellery parcel, you have 3 options:
1. If you want your item quickly, the best way to get it is by going to the Delivery Office. You’ll find the Delivery Office address on the card which the Royal Mail postman left you. Make sure you take the card and personal identification (such as a driving license) with you.
2. You can arrange a re-delivery via the Royal Mail website. The easiest way to access the website is by clicking on the tracking number in the delivery confirmation email we sent you. Royal Mail will re-deliver free of charge to your home or to an alternative local address, but bear in mind that a re-delivery takes up to 48 hours from the time you request it.
3. You can call the telephone number on the back of the Royal Mail “missed delivery” card to arrange a free re-delivery to your home or an alternative local address. Note that a re-delivery will take up to 48 hours from the time you request it
