The Perfect Engagement Ring
I’ve been spending most of the day outdoors – the weather is finally taking a turn for the better! That must be why there is suddenly more news on recent engagements and weddings – love is really in the air with spring around the corner…
Two popular singers and songwriters Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have tied the knot after just getting engaged a month ago… The ceremony took eight minutes and had a grand total of one guest – who just happened to be the priest! They exchanged silver wedding rings which they had bought from a local jeweler down the road. Mandy wore a simple cream dress while her intended went for his usual clothes – t-shirt, sport coat and trainers.
While we’re writing about marriages, Justin Timberlake (singer and actor) and Jessica Biel (actress) who got engaged about five months ago are still on the hunt for the perfect engagement ring. So far nothing seems to have caught Justin’s eye. But rest assured, the minute he picks one and presents it to his future bride, I will post up a picture. It had better be worth it after such a long wait.

While we’re writing about rings… maybe Justin would want this ring for his fiance, it costs just over 16 million dollars and is known as the Chopard Ring. The oval blue diamond weighs just nine carats with diamond shoulders and an 18kt gold band studded in diamonds. That should impress her!!
