The Oscars – Less is the new More
Everyone loves the Oscars for a little drama and entertainment. This year didn’t disappoint, with Slumdog Millionaire picking up 8 Oscars, Kate Winslet finally getting her Oscar and dancing by the gorgeous Hugh Jackman.
And the outfits… what can I say? The ladies dazzled in beautiful ballgowns and the overall style was refined elegance – think long, sweeping black with a splash of diamonds. I loved Angelina Jolie in a black Elie Saab gown and the subtle emerald earrings and ring she chose to complement the dress.
