Spring Cleaning Your Jewellery
Monday, March 30th, 2009I’ve been getting into the spring cleaning fever and when I found my rather mostly-empty jewellery box under a pile of paper, I knew that I had to sort out my jewellery too! My jewellery was pretty much scattered around the house – next to my bed, taken off by the sink, under the dressing table – you get the idea. So I spent some time gathering it all together and finally getting it organised again – even finding jewellery I haven’t seen in a while.

Most of us have jewellery that we love but we rarely take the time to keep it in tip-top condition. You’d be amazed by how wonderful your favourite jewellery can look after a quick spring clean – the great news is it’s actually really easy to do. Here’s my super-easy guide to spring-cleaning your jewellery:
The first thing is to clean your jewellery box. Empty the contents of your jewellery box onto a flat surface and give it a good clean. Tip out any dust, wipe down the lid and get it looking smart – you’re more likely to put your jewellery in the right place if the box looks good, right?
